Update homepage? Yes. There are a lot of things I think should be different. Like the consultation being home and the other stuff somewhere else. I am trying to figure out how to phrase my work with Stick2life…Thoughts? Also, Erica told me that she is most likely not going to use any of the video because it’s so hard to hear. I agree, but am also bummed/bugged. I like me in it. She said that she is going to be doing a voice over with images. I think that’s a harder thing to nail than video…at least for me it is.

I’m also stumped on what my value statement should be in the consultation section. What are some good examples of value statements?


The best value statements are simple - and simple is hard.

sell the what and the why at once.

The WHAT: your featured service (consulting) and the WHY a more transcendent promise … like something resembling peace of mind, time to do the stuff you really want, etc. You’re not selling a clean(er) home, but a clearer mind and a more open schedule so your customers can live the life they want.

One way of putting it could sound something like this:

Did you know that ____% of our lives are spent trying to remember where we put things? That amounts to about ____ hours a week/day. Imagine getting that time back so you can pursue your life dreams or just spend more time with the people you love.

Being organized isn’t just about staying clean or getting rid of things, it’s about (finding more peace within the things that you do have)
